The 3 days of remote services will define the requirements, the creation of the plan and ongoing support and followup. The 5 days onsite will provide management and execution of the plan, the installation, configuration, setup, test, promotion to production of the 9.x system and a post review. Depending on your specific needs the package may be shortened or lengthened or customized to meet your needs. The plan will reflect your actual deliverables and requires your sign-off approval to proceed; as do all deliverables within the plan.
